Hi, I'm Chase.

I'm the oldest of three boys, and our father was a home builder. When I was eleven, he designed and built his dream house in Redmond, Oregon and I was there for all of it. That house is probably where this all started.

​

In 2005, during college, I began framing custom homes in the summers. I liked it. It felt right. I worked for some great builders over the years, cut my teeth, built a lot of homes, and earned a lot of trust.

​

In 2019, I went to work for Callum Clark, one of the most respected builders in Oregon. Callum built his reputation on being exacting — building homes the way they were drawn, not the way that was easy. He put his clients first; it was a hill he'd die on. He's also a master cabinetmaker and furniture builder, and his precision and finish are on another level.

For over six years I was his right hand, his lead builder. Working at that standard changed what I expect from myself, in craftsmanship, in foresight, in care. Many of the homes I led for Callum went on to win design awards. I’m very proud of my time there, both what I learned and what I built.

In 2025, I founded LND Build and moved home to Central Oregon to be closer to family. I became an uncle. I gathered a crew of hardworking men I trust. We took on elaborate remodels, then a $3 million custom home. It was a demanding build that turned out beautifully.

It's been a journey getting here. Contractors aren't exactly famous for their emotional intelligence, and I've worked hard to be a different kind of builder: a genuine listener, a relentless teammate, someone that clients, architects, and crew can speak plainly to and count on to tell them the truth.

The people I build for are the ones who really care. You've hired a serious architect.
